The four weekends
Weekend 1
The Pilates method, its core principles, and the functional anatomy behind every cue you'll give.
Weekend 2
The balance approach to mat teaching. Class structure, cueing, exercise library, modifications.
Weekend 3
Springs, setup, safety. Reformer exercise library. Programming reformer classes for real clients.
Weekend 4
Advanced reformer repertoire and strength & conditioning. Special populations and inclusive classes. Professional practice and business basics. Practical assessments + sign-off.

You don't need any teaching experience, but you do need a regular Pilates practice. Pathway C (reformer only) requires an existing mat qualification.
On successful completion you can apply for instructor insurance with the usual UK / Ireland providers.
Yes - payment plans are available on application. Get in touch and we'll work something out.
The four weekends are designed to build on each other and we don't run catch-up sessions. If you miss one, you'll roll into the next cohort to make it up.
Yes. LMS access throughout, Q&A on every section, log feedback after each weekend, three open studio days under supervision.
